CHIC TAILS CANINE CONCIERGE SERVICE AGREEMENT

By booking services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Client confirms pet is up-to-date with vaccinations.

2. Service may be refused for aggressive behavior.

3. SCHEDULING & ARRIVAL

* Grace Period: Due to the nature of a daily route, the Owner agrees to a 5–10 minute grace period for the scheduled start time.

* Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made with at least 24-hour notice.

*No Refund Policy: All payments are nonrefundable.

*Reschedule Policy: If cancelled within 24 hours, the service may be rescheduled.

*Late Cancellation: Anything later than 24 hours is nonrefundable and cannot be rescheduled.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

* Liability Waiver: The Walker shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, illness, or death of the pet, or for any damage to the Owner's property, during the term of this agreement.

* Owner Liability: The Owner is solely responsible for any harm or damage caused by the pet to the Walker or third parties. The Owner agrees to indemnify and hold the Walker harmless from any and all claims or legal fees arising from the pet's behavior.

5. Requested time frames are subject to confirmation. Chic Tails will reach out to finalize your appointment time.
